Single rooms of Kyodai Kaikan are available only for the nights of 26, 27, 28, and 29. When you select it for a period starting with 24 or 25, we will arrange CO-OP INN KYOTO for 24 and 25, and Kyodai Kaikan for the rest.

Shiran Kaikan (5 min) and Kyodai Kaikan (8 min) are walking distance from the conference site. They do not serve breakfast. For breakfast, there are some coffee shops in this area which serve morning set menus. There are also some 24 hours shops where you can buy some foods. You can find them on this map.

CO-OP INN KYOTO is in the center of the city. From CO-OP INN KYOTO to Kyoto University, take the city bus 201 and get off at Bus Stop [ Kyodai-Seimon-Mae ] , 20-30 minutes depending on traffic condition. From the bus stop, it is 5 minutes on foot.

　　Up to two days prior to the first night : no charge
　　One day prior to the first night: 20%
　　On the day of the first night : 80%
　　Cancel without notice: 100%
